Caracol
Caracol is a bilingual artist who walks her own path. Born to an Uruguayan father and a Swiss mother, the Montreal-based songwriter and producer was recently nominated at the Canadian Indie Awards (Electronic Artist of the Year). She also received several prizes and nominations over the course of her career:

Her new francophone album Tout est différent (due in 2021) redefines her sonic signature, thanks to her collaboration with producers Quiet Mike (Fouki) and Seb Ruban. Filled with eclectic pop gems embroidered with rich vocal arrangements, the record includes collaborations with some of Quebec's best new artists:
Mike Clay (Clay & Friends), El Rose, Jake PST (Ragers) and rapper KNLO. A unique blend of beats, organic instruments, and the artist's unique vocals and lyrics.
A 5th record for Caracol, whose albums have all been distributed internationally. She has toured extensively in North America and Europe, both as a headliner and as support for bands such as: Half Moon Run, Beacon (Ghostly), Chaz Bundick (Toro y Moi), Serena
Ryder and The Bangles. Her last English record Symbolism, produced by Joey Waronker (drummer for Beck, Roger Waters) reached Top 10 in college radios across Canada and the United States in 2018.
Caracol is also active on the publishing scene, writing songs for many artists (The Voice, Star Academy) and producing music for film and TV. In parallel, she is developing her own publishing company LADY Music. Her single "Flooded Field feat. Illa J" was recently featured in the American series Dickinson on Apple TV.
