POMEGRANATE

Pomegranate is a Montreal based punk band composed of Theo Porcet (voice + bass), JP Charest (Drums), Josh Mcleod (guitar + voice) and Niccolò Fransolet (guitar). The four friends met through their daily jobs and decided to bring their energy together to create what they define as a “loud, fun and driving” band.
With inspirations going from the Los Angeles garage scene like Ty Segall and Meatbodies to the roots of punk rock like The Adolescents, Iggy Pop and a sprinkle of the craziness from the Dead Kennedys; Pomegranate is a mix of heavy distorted riffs and beautiful melodies and harmonies. The band will release their first auto-produced single DUMB in the beginning of the spring 2023, mixed by Theo Porcet and mastered by Peter Edwards (Grimskunk, The Nils, Busty and The Bass) to introduce their upcoming EP that will see the light in late 2023. Their upcoming EP (name) will represent the four different individuals in 5 songs.
