From the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Customer Service has quickly built a name for themselves as one of the hardest-working young bands on the Canadian DIY circuit. Blending the energy of Saves the Day with the melodic urgency of The Promise Ring, Customer Service has developed a unique sound within the emo landscape, honed through playing more than 200 shows since being named one of Exclaim!’s best new artists of 2024.
Touring has always been central to the band. Since forming, Customer Service has played shows everywhere from Newfoundland to North Carolina, sharing stages with The Dirty Nil and Death from Above 1979, and has also appeared at festivals like Area 506 and Sommo.
